The devices aren’t working and I have an ‘empty battery’ signal! What should I do

Is it possible that the Loca device has been switched on indoors? This may be why you aren’t receiving a good GPS signal.

The standard setting is 1x per day. If the Loca device is unable to send a signal, it will enter sleep mode and try again the next day.

We suggest you wait until the next day, when the Loca will locate the position again and you should be able to track your items.

If the Loca has not sent you a position update, it will default to an empty battery.

As soon as the Loca sends you a position update, the battery percentage will show 100%.
