I locked my Loca but did not switch it on, what should I do?

You can lock the Loca only once. Unfortunately it is not possible to open the Loca without damaging the housing.
Please note that if you open it yourself, the housing will no longer be watertight.

Have you closed the Loca housing and forgotten to activate it?
